Prior to service:
Guests should exfoliate skin but only using products designed for the service. Micro-beads are less abrasive to the skin. Products available at the Spa are highly recommended.
Guests should shave prior to the service and should wear loose fitting clothing with the choice of wearing an old bikini. The solution is sugar based and will not stain most fabrics but may be absorbed into clothing. This may cause staining and could result in color pulling away from the skin. Socks are not recommended nor are any sandals with absorbent fabrics across the tops.
Avoid using regular lotions beforehand. Many contain petroleum and mineral oils that will clog pores and cause a less than perfect result. These ingredients will also cause the spray tan to wipe off or smear causing lighter and darker areas.
Our skin prep is highly recommended. This will balance out the skins PH level, assuring that dry and oily areas of skin are moisturized to the same extent. We promise that you will have better results when the skin has been properly prepared for the service.
